By accessing or using the Xenrev website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Xenrev provides website development, IT consultation, graphics design, IT research assistance, and digital business transformation services under separately agreed scopes of work.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Project fees, milestones, and payment terms are agreed separately per engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins.
5. Intellectual property
Deliverables become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Xenrev retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
6. Limitation of liability
Xenrev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
